U4P101: Interior Decorating for Mental Wellness 101

Welcome to Interior Decorating for Mental Wellness 101
We recognize the direct relationship between how we live and how we feel, and even small changes may have a substantial impact on your social and emotional wellness. In this course, parent learners will learn various fundamental interior decorating practices and implementation techniques. Each participant will identify their personal style (by definition), review color pallets and how color affects our mood, develop a step-by-step plan to de-clutter and organize a space. Parent Learners will also have the opportunity to present their Mood Board course project to cohorts at course end.
