Welcome to Eat Yourself Healthy - Healing with Food
Every aspect of our natural lives is depended upon our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and well-being. At the foundation of our total health is our food choices good and bad. The American food system has changed tremendously in the past 50 years and is continuously changing in ways not always for our good. Eat Yourself Healthy – Healing with Food uses multi-media resources with a new curriculum developed around the 10 pillars of A New Way Forward. The lessons presented will guide parental understanding on how the American commercial food system influences food choices and impacts the health of the entire family. We will learn how food can create disease and how better choices can help recover and maintain our good health. Class discussions are an interactive and engaging no judgment safe space, encouraging positive healthy food choices and whole health self-care practices.
